Please do NOT apply if you have not read this brief fully. No time wasters please. We need someone who is able to think quickly with problems, who is organised and able to organise others. In short we need a PA with good Internet and good communication. Most of our clients are professionals in the USA so if you have banking experience in the USA, you will jump to the top of the list! We also need someone who won't judge our clients as some of those clients are in the adult industry. If this is a problem please do not waste our time by applying only to say you are not comfortable with this as we hate bigotry and treat all people fairly but can't work with rude people. If you have EXCELLENT English, experience with; Wordpress, Social Media, keeping all team members aware of the jobs that need doing and passing along messages and emails to the correct people, organising Google Calendar (and Gsuite generally), posting on classifieds sites, finding and booking the best value flights for the two principals of the company... Then you are the person we need. Bonuses will be given to someone who saves the company money and helps the staff to make money by making their jobs easier to do. Just go through job description and would like to share that i just like such working environment and will feel more then happy in case will be selected for this position. I have most recently worked as a virtual scheduler and did various types of work. In trying to get my financial wholesaler sales appointments, I sent out emails to his clients as an initial point of contact. I am very comfortable with this and have sent up to 500 emails in one day. I was also a virtual assistant so I have also done web research, data entry work, client follow up calls in addition to keeping his calendar. I am a stay at home mom with kids in school during the day so if you have other tasks that need to be done as well, I could have a quiet professional environment in which to do so. I have completed two projects of great magnitude and was also a virtual assistant.
