Virtual Assistant / Sales Manager for Big House Cleaning Business

I am looking for a virtual assistant who has a good sales background and the ability to communicate well with my customers and employee's. Highly prefer someone who knows the house cleaning industry business very well. The job would start out probably about 10-15 hours a week and looking to pay around $10/h for a total of 100-150 a week. This could grow into more money each week (250/week estimated range in a month or so depending on performance) as we are looking for someone to help us get more recurring cleanings on the schedule from our customer database of over 1000 and also frequently touch base with our employee's to check on how new cleanings for customers went and helping schedule jobs with our office manager. Essentially I am looking for someone who feels comfortable making outgoing calls to customers to discuss house cleaning services and can coordinate with my employee's and office manager to help us grow and run things more efficiently. Candidate must be located in the USA. Woman candidates highly preferred, price offered in this ad is a little flexible but not going over 12.50/h. Please do not waste your time responding to this ad if you are looking for more money than what I am offering or live outside of the USA.
