Position Overview:

We are in search of a highly motivated Virtual Assistant to assist in managing the operational needs of our growing team of overseas developers. As a Virtual Assistant with us, you will play a pivotal role in finding and securing the resources required by our team to meet project demands. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Malik, our key point of contact, to understand the weekly resource requirements of our team.
Assist in creating client accounts and profiles as needed for project assignments.
Identify and recruit individuals who can align with the specific needs and requirements of our projects.
Provide clear explanations of project expectations and procedures to the recruited team members.
Facilitate a smooth handover of project details and responsibilities to Malik and the respective teams.
Ensure that the assigned tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Good English speaking and writing.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet the demands of a dynamic and growing team.
Proficiency in managing administrative tasks and resources.
A proactive and adaptable approach to handling tasks and responsibilities.
