Viewer Application

i want to create an ebook viewer so pages filps like regular magazines, i can add multimedia elements in them, and also search for words. i need that to be not a flash application, but a .exe application, and i want it to be developed in vs2005, with vc# 3.0 using sql server 2005. i want my clients to send me a pdf file with their magazines, and i to be able to convert them in the applications format (there will be a unique format for the aplication, like .nca)so it is automatically be dispayed within my Ebook viewer. i also need step by step tutorials on how you created this software, and all source code by the end of the project. bids around 150 usd are seriously considered, and timelines about 10 days are seriously considered. please pm me your offer, and i will get back to you asap thank you
