Need a presentaion video

We have a voice recorded already and need to crate a corporate presentation video and info-graph based on the voice for youtube and instagram ( we need one square and one 16:9 ratio. The length of the recording is 5min , but we need a short version also ( 2:30 min) , so the video must be adopted with splitting ( in both ratios )
This is a bout a POS system at wwwmenumiz.com. You need to add vectors, photos, royalty free videos to it as content .
