We need to active the streaming service, screenshot service consider :

- work using timeviewer

- The app is code using Ruby on Rails (Ruby 2.0 Rails 4.0)

- The app is located in droplet from digitalocean.

- The app have to database in postgresql.

- The app create a custom folder in specific path.

- The app is saved in OS Ubuntu 12.00

- The app need to recording, reproduce and save videos.

- The app need to have the best video quality, video size and the best audio.
