Basic Powerpoint Video Needed

Hi, I need a basic video put together with powerpoint slides and audio that I have.
The audio is simply narration of the words on the slides... You would need to create a video where the slides flow seamlessly while the words on the slides are being spoken...
The powerpoint is 132 slides (most of them only contain one sentence) and the audio is about 12 minutes long.
Just to be clear - I do not want anything added, no extra slides, no graphics and no background music.
It is very important that the video is high quality - meaning that the slides on the screen match the words being spoken and there are no delays... this causes the video to look unprofessional.
It's also critical that the audio of the video be exactly the same quality of the audio file that I provide.
Also, I would like the video delivered in quicktime format (.mov)
This should be very simple for the right person.
