Music video editing and creation (Hip Hop/Rnb)

We have an existing music video but we need to edit part of it as it currently does not comply with our requirements and does not match the quality of other segments of the video. Whole video is short (about 3min40) and only about a third needs to be reworked with existing footage. We also need copyright-free footage of urban setting (New York City), city rushes, landmarks, Times Square footage to insert in the video.
