Video sound correction and enhancement, and some image editing

We have two small videos (25 sec and 4,56 min), where the sound need to be corrected and enhancement. We will use these videos later in AfterEffects to cut them in other material. It is filmed with a mobile phone, and therefore the sound and image is poor. But we need these video.
We need help with the following:
- Take away wind noise or other disturbance.
- Enhance the sound level of the talking so we can clearly hear all talk.
- Bonus if you also can correct the light and image quality so it looks light and nice.
