Video maker for a rebranding video presentation

We are USA Student Advisors: we guide students in the admissions' process to universities abroad and are currently rebranding under a new name and logo.
In the context of our rebranding promotional strategy, we're looking for a video maker that could provide us with an official video presentation for our company rebranding (1 minute, 1.50 mins maximum)
We will provide you our idea and a video script, and some video clips that you can edit and include in the video presentation.
We would like to show how the logo changed from the original logo to the new one (see an example here [login to view URL]), so logo animation and motion graphics skills are required for this project. 2D design motion skills are a must, besides 3D skills are a plus.
Please include some previous works in your application.
