I am wanting to make a short anniversary video. I can provide lots of footage, and all in all I want it to be like a reflection of over the years. Can be made in any program, as long as the final product is exported to a file supported by mac (e.g . MP4) I am looking for a high quality film, that lasts for 3-5minutes, with or without music, on a tight budget (will pay up to $50. ) thanks so much!
