Need assistants to pick videos/images for Instagram account posts

I'm currently working on growing an Instagram account have a well defined content strategy already in place. You can see the account here: [login to view URL] We're currently creating videos for daily innovations that we find interesting. Examples: glass that heals itself, edible electronics, 3d printers that print with live cells. I need someone who can take a list of captions and find one 7-9 second clip or image for each caption. Here are the quality guidelines: 1. We want the image/ video that is most relevant to the text being displayed. It can be images/video from the companies own website or related videos that just match the keywords of the text 2. Everything has to be high enough resolution. No low resolution media ever 3. We pull our media primarily from 3 places: the website of the company, YouTube, and free stock video sites 4. Clips shouldn't have too many scenes or motion. It should ideally be just one scene that doesn't change for the duration of the clip 5. Media should never have text, logos, or watermarks on it 6. We prefer video over images, but if the image is the most relevant thing you could find then it's fine Your workflow will be like this: 1. Read caption text and visit the main sources used for the video 2. Look for clips or images that fit each of the 5-10 captions 3. Save the videos you need and then cut out the best 7-9 second segment that looks the best and showcases what's most relevant to the caption. Often times we show the actual innovation we are talking about. Other times we just use generic video to color the video and make it more engaging.
