Auto Print Email (Specific Lines)

Hi,
Problem:
As part of my job I receive batches of airline tickets via email (sadly none of the tickets are for me). Often these can arrive in batches of 10-1000 at a time. These emails arrive in plain text with no attachments and are usually 6-10 pages long. I need to then manually print each of these emails - it takes a long time. To further complicate the problem I really only need to print the first page or so, so I highlight the text, file>print>selection only......sigh!
Solution:
I am after a script (VB or similar) that will auto print these emails for me - however I need it to only print the selection of text and not the whole 6-10 pages. The print out should contain, the subject and selection of the body. The selection range is always the same i.e. always line 1-60
The solution needs to work with Outlook 2013 and must print the emails as they arrive into the mailbox. All mail items arrive into the inbox so the script should only apply to this mailbox and not its subfolders.
Ideally this would be a shortcut of some kind that I could place on the desktop to run the script.
Questions:
Feel free to ask incase I have left out some details.
