Move Login/Signup/Mongo Data from Development APP

I need someone to help me move some Work Done in my (Development Node/React APP) to my production Live Web Site Node/React APP.
1.) I got a passport login and registration pages and authentication to move over.
2.) Got some new Mongo Data from Dev DB needs implemented to Live DB
This Requires some front end and back end work. The last person bailed. And did some minor bad coding work. So i need experienced person to move the stuff over.
Must start work now and be reliable person i can count on. I will favor hiring a person who stays within my Budget. And a person who is experienced with Node/React/Mongo/[login to view URL]
