Creating a sales web page for Tax Lein Certificate Investing

I am wanting a copywriter to create a sales story attracting FOREIGN Investors to purchase a Report on Investing in Government Guaranteed Tax Lein Certificate's/Deed's Investing that pays up to 50% interest and is secured by Real Estate in the USA. I will also need to have a course written that will teach them how to do this. So to recap I will need 1-a sales story 2-A report 3-A course I will need to be able to see some of the copywriters prior work to see that they will have the style of writting that it takes to touch the buyers emotions and have them convinced that they NEED to buy this. The writer of this will need to do the research neccesary to secure the main details to complete the above.I can point in a direction if needed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
