Do some 3D Modelling

Good day I need a 3D model of a Taino Cohoba Snuffer. I have taken the time to research the item and the best reference images can be found in the link below. [login to view URL] The Item is the wooden brown Y shape pipe presented in the firth page to the left of the page. Only a frontal image can be provided so the designer must extrapolate the rest. Being a round object in its majority I belief coming up with and educated guess for the rest will not be difficult. Like before the item need to be deliver in and OBJ format with textures.
