Hola cuales son los desplazamientos máximos permitidos por la norma ? No te preocupes tanto por el software, puedes usar el etabs para el modelado,alli puedes verificar los desplazamientos en valor absoluto así como los relativos ( entre nivel y nivel que son los que regula la norma). Puedo ayudarte con eso, cuento con mas de 30 años haciendo este tipo de proyectos
