I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - attach or send over the dwg in order to see what is about :) 2 - extracting each part form the dwg and exporting to dxf (1:1 scale) should be ok, if the dwg is clear and no other info necessary... 3 - nesting is ok, but i need to know the sheet format... 4 - i could generate the g-code via inventor hms-works, but will need more info for the machine - the esab model you provided is just the plasma cutter, not the cnc router...
