Hey! I found this project very interesting. First impression i got was that i have done similar works before and have great reviews from walk through animations. I mainly work in 3D and uses software as Autodesk Revit, AutoCad and Tekla Structures. For renderings i mainly use Twinmotion. I would get this job done for you FAST and CHEAP.
