Create a 3D model of a 2-story house and guest house

Create two 3D models: one of a 2-story house, and the second of a [login to view URL] guest house. The models should be of the outside of the house only. Models must have very nice detail (house trim, color, and landscaping) so they look very appealing. Please point out in your bid (so as to be part of your bid) a similar project which should serve and demonstrate the level to which the quality of this Project will be performed.
Create 3 additional 3D models in the same 3D file as the first two houses are in. The 3 additional houses do not need to be created with much detail. The 3 simple houses need to be created to scale in both size and in relation to where each house sits next to the others (four main houses sit in a row on the same side of the street, and with the guest house sitting behind the main house). These additional models only need to be created with plain exterior walls, roofs, and rectangular windows showing as flat squares on the walls. These 3 homes need to be created from pictures that I will supply.
The reason for showing the three other homes is to see how big the new (proposed) house looks when sitting next to the others.
We have a live CAD file of the main house drawn as 2D construction plans.
Each of the three homes is on a piece of land that is 50 feet by 160 feet, just as the first house and guest house together are on a piece of land that is 50 feet by 160 feet, The single 3D file needs to allow the Viewer to move around the street so he/she can look at the homes from different angles and viewing detail.
