Hello. For our client we need to develop 3d application (360 panorama's inside the 3d modeled house + outside view animation). The 2 types of houses must be 3d modeled( from outside and inside with different options, see below). In the start the user sees 2 options with images of two types of houses with a buttons View the house under each option . When clicking one of these buttons the animation starts to play, corresponding to the type of house selected. The first what user sees is a house from the outside. The animation goes this way: we approach the house, go around it (so we can see the house from all sides), and at the end get inside and we are in the living room. Here it stops From here by moving the mouse user can view 360% panorama (all directions, also vertical). Here there are examples of such panorama's: [login to view URL] (in our case those are going to be not photos, but 3d modeled rooms, made with 3d software). There are 6 hotspots (view positions) in the house. At each hotspot there are round buttons. When clicked on each of those buttons users get to that hotspot and can view 360% panorama from that position. The hotspot at the stairs will get the user to the first floor. The user has the possibility to choose different variations of elements for each of the two house types for example: 2 different sizes of living room (ground floor), 2 different layouts of the living room, 2 different sizes of first floor, 2 different layouts of the first floor, 2 different options for extensions (extra spaces in the house openly connected to the main space) and 2 options for façade. In total there will be 64 variations( 32 per house type). .After the different elements are chosen the user also gets to see the price calculation, based on combination of his chosen elements. The project must be made so that it can be viewed as standalone as also online. Its very important that we get all the source code so we can modify the appiliaction after if we want or let somebody else who we will choose do it.
