Hello my name is Chris and I am a 3D modeller and animator, I am able to create your lowpoly head, unwrap and texture it. How: first I will create loops around the eyes, nose and mouth, next I will create geometry to join them together, then I will tweak the vertexs to make sure the mesh resembles the face as closely as possible. To unwrap the model I will pelt map it to get the best result without stretching. Finally to texture it I will take your references into Photoshop and layer them onto a base, next I will edit the two layers together to give a seamless feel, finally I will take the model and the texture into an external programme to create the bumps and specular of the surface.
