29 seconds simple BLENDER animation

I have a 29 seconds clip extracted from a movie and I need someone to build a blender animation of that clip. The animation(modeling etc) has to be in LEGO LIKE STYLE so the characters have to look like lego, everything has to be like in blocks, etc lego style(this is important). I need the full blender project and a very simple text explaining how you done that. The original clip to convert to lego blender animation is only 29 seconds and it is quite simple(only 2 gunshots and not much movement).
