Cinema 4D character animation

We need to animate a character in Cinema 4d. Attached is an sketch of it that we need to polish and improve in order to animate in 3D with different moods. This character will exist and move within the boundaries of a video screen of 4:3 ratio with a hole in the center that is not usable like you see in the Screen Diagram. The character will use only the white area, for that reason the mouth will be always big and black to allocate the hole in the center. In the sketch you can see the mouth open showing front teeth. We see our character more like sponge bob and first mood to work on will be: "Psyched at the Rave" or "David Guetta DJing kinda happy face". We are thrill to see you input to our vision. Then we'll work the other moods.
