Do some 3D Modelling

Hello, Freelancers. I am working on an audio calibration video and instead of just showing a static overhead shot of a room, I would like to take an existing 3D model from turbosquid and animate an entry to the room and then have the camera rise above the room like a virtual jib shot. From this frozen frame, I would then launch into a separate portion of the program where I play audio tests. The purchased room model includes a sofa, a coffee table, walls, a window, a television and some speakers. There would potentially be 5 versions of the animation, basically adding or removing additional speakers for the following configurations: 1) 2.0 stereo 2) 2.1 sound bar 3) 5.1 surround 4) 6.1 surround 5) 7.1 surround I would also like to play a 15 second video on the TV monitor while the animation occurs. It's basically an animated logo for the brand. The purchased model includes the following file formats. 3ds Max 8 3DS OBJ There is some flexibility on project price.
