Looking at the provided images I can complete your project within 4 days at the latest, after being selected. I can provide the animations in your selected format. Starting out I would need to know: What engine is your model going into, if any? I have worked in all of the major game engines, and know that some have slight differences concerning topology, and processing. I have created cut-scenes for games and animations for film and TV, so I know that different render types can make or break the segment. What is the preferred file type? I can provide any that you would like, but will include any and all that you may need. If any additions need to be made, or changes need to be made besides what was listed? If any changes arise, or additions, I will not charge extra. As long as it is to the existing model, and not a completely new one.
