We have a PowerPoint and an MP3 voice narration - we need to make it into a video so that the voice syncs with the slides and we can upload onto Youtube. This needs to be standard resolution for Youtube 16:9 ratio and either 1280 x 720 or 854 x 480 size.
Please review the script, the PowerPoint, and the narration and let us know how much it will be. No music. No fancy animations. We really need to sync the slide with the words/narration. Where there are no words on the slides, I have the copy in the "notes" in PowerPoint presentation so you know exaclty what slide needs to go with what words on the narration.
The narration will not change, but I still need to make some slight updates to the PowerPoint, and will give you the final one once I award the project.
We would prefer that this be done is Flash CS6 because we own the Adobe Creative Suite, and if the client has slight tweaks then we can fix ourselves without having to spend the time sending it out to a freelancer again. If you think another system will work better, please explain why. I am open to other ideas if they will work better for us.
