Project Details: Outbound Mystery-Shopper Survey
Partner: Our partner is the European market leader in market research for the automotive industry
Task: Acting as a mystery shopper purchasing tires in a given market
Free Training: provided by CloudAgents
Payment: Per Completed Survey (in general agents are able to complete a minimum of 4 surveys per hour); Upwork, fixed term contract; Payment made in the first 10working days of the month, after worked month
Region: France, Switzerland
Duration: 2 weeks, starts: 13th October You can still join!
Working Hours: Flexible working hours (minimum of 20 hours per week - Monday to Saturday).
Agent Requirements:
Solid computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in lead generation and/or customer support
Precision of data entry
Fluent English language knowledge + your native language
Strong sales skills
Work Environment Requirements:
Quiet workplace (tasks are delivered from the comfort of the phone agent home)
USB Headset (a separate microphone and loudspeakers are not good enough to manage calls)
Computer or Laptop with broadband internet connection (mobile internet is not good enough to manage calls)

We use cloud based call center technology - You need to download our Virtual Call Center, which need to be tested.

I am responding to this job offer because of my competence in Call Center (BPO) and computer. I am a VOIP expert with over 10 years in VOIP and call center management where i supervised well over 1000 agents for Telemarketing and BPO related contact center for Leading Telecommunication companies in Uganda and China. I have all the skills needed to carry out all the task like product survey, lead generation, consumer helpdesk support, live chat, data entry proficiency, sales and good English language communication skills for this project. I currently have 10 agents working with me in my own private call center on a project that will end in few days.
