Systems Admin for an Ubuntu Server running on AWS

We are looking for an experienced Ubuntu/Linux Systems Administrator who has specific experience of maintaining both a LAMP server and Dovecot mail server environment.
Initially we have 3 tasks that need resolving, see below, but also anticipate that we will require other tasks to be carried out in the future, as issues arise.
We would like to receive quotes for carrying out all 3 tasks below, including when you would be able to start the work and your estimated timescales for the completion of each task.
Please provide any information you can about your preferred solution for handling any future maintenance tasks.
Server Maintenance Tasks Required
1. Upgrade Server & fix phpMyAdmin:
1.a. Previous attempt to upgrade server (including phpMyAdmin) caused Apache/Server to core dump;
1.b. On reverting to previous version of the server phpMyAdmin was no longer working;
2. Fix Dovecot Mail server settings (not using the SSL certificate correctly). The SSL is for [login to view URL] but the email server is setup as mail.trulymadlydeeply.biz. This is causing problems both when sending emails to addresses hosted by Hotmail (being sent to Junk Folder) and when trying to send emails using our MS Outlook mail client.
3. Server hardening. Trustwave is telling us that we must remove support for the SSH ARCFOUR Ciphers.
