Troubleshooting of fresh installation of Lync 2013

I recently install Microsft Lync 2013 and after the installation it worked!, next day I rebooted the server and the Lync Server Front-End it shows "Starting" and never Starts.

I need some one with a lot of experiences on Lync to troubleshoot this for me.
