Find newspaper article that bases itself on an opinion poll and that makes some claim about the support for some party or politician. The claim could be about whether whether or not this support for the party has changed since the last election. Or it could be about whether or not the party is above or below some threshold (the parliamentary threshold). It could also be about whether or not a party or candidate has the support of a majority. Then evaluate this claim by first setting up a null hypothesis (based on the claim) and an alternative hypothesis. Then use the information from the opinion poll to do a significance test. Remember that you will need to know the number of respondents in the opinion poll. If you cannot find that information, as is sometimes regrettably, assume that there were 2000 respondents.
