Fix parameters on SSRS report projects using BIDS

Need a developer to fix an SSR report on existing development server to allow multi-parameters on a dataset filter. The report works if individual items are selected in the filter but does not work as desired when al 3 values are selected. We will provide an IP address, user name and password for developer to work on this development server once project is awarded.
Desired Result: When all 3 parameters are selected then show the combined values from the dataset where rows match parameter 1,2 or 3.
Current Issue: When all 3 parameters are selected the dataset shows rows for the first parameter only. (see attached word document)
Environment: Existing development server on Amazon with all the tools loaded. Server has SQL 2008 R2, Windows 2008 R2, SharePoint 2010 and Project Server 2010.
