Hello, I am Mechanical Engineer, currently working in Industrial and auto parts manufacturing firm. My responsibility is to develop and design all new parts and streamline it for production. I have made hundreds of different parts including complex multi-component assemblies, most significantly Fire Fighting pumps, Complete trailer dead axle with brake system for trailers, different kinds of valves, pneumatic valves, vacuum pumps, Power Take off (PTO) for Fire fighting vehicles [Fire tenders].. Most of the parts were made in house. Also designed and made customized machines for self uses like automatic precise hydraulic boring machine, centrifugal casting unit, rotary furnace, sand mixers, shot blasting. I used to make all dies molds, patterns, jigs, fixtures for machining by myself. Fully proficient in machining, CNC operations, CAD designing, [Solidworks, Autocad] and casting simulation using procast software. Currently I am engaged in making low pressure Aluminum die casting machine which can also be used as a platform for gravity die casting.
