We would like to develop a MAC OS App, that is a downloadable software that will control a webcam on a MAC OS system (except iPad.) This is called a virtual webcam. Some examples of this are iGlasses, OBS, etc.
The features we need:
We would like the ability to control an aftermarket webcam with these video controls for MAC
1- White balance (auto and manual control)
2- Exposure (auto and manual control)
3- Temperature
4- Brightness
5- Contrast
6- Sharpness
7- Tint
8- Gamma
9- Saturation
10- 90 degree rotation
11- mirror
Other item features- in version 1.0 if possible, 2.0 if not possible in reasonable time.

14) ability to resolve barrel distortion (fisheye) in image
15) ability to change frame rate (FPS)
16) different background (green screen effect)
This app would create a virtual webcam in the settings menu of Zoom/Teams/Skype/etc and you’d have the ability to adjust settings of our webcam during a Zoom/Skype meeting.
We’re building this to offer free to our customers as a MAC download.
We would also own the source-code for the finished app.
We’ve had a great experience with the iGlasses and OBS video control software, and interface. We do not want to duplicate their product- however those are examples
We would eventually like to create the same app for PC as well- but this project is only for MAC.
