Technical Management Operations

We are a company in Japan developing web public apps + enterprise app development / IOS/Android applications etc..We're growing fast and looking for an experienced Technical Management Operations with excellent communication skills to support our CTO. The GitHub Assistant will be responsible for supporting our CTO and facilitating crucial tasks across the company. Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, punctual, and able to think 10 steps ahead. Being proactive and able to make decisions with minimal guidance or communication is crucial in this role. Skills: Git experience, linux commands, Basecamp, rss, and basic auth, rss basic auth, zapier, shell scripts, a quick html fix, etc. ##Responsibilities This position will need to provide support for the CTO, including: >> Maintains standards for project management >> Build Manual for project management policies, processes and methods. >> GitHub Development and Installations >> Synchronize project development and information between Github >> Assisting with the overall projects and follow up on project activities through completion >> Helping with some other development tasks >> Handling confidential information professionally >> RSS integrations to project development apps >> Dropbox Synchronization >> Cloud & Server Management ## DAILY FLOW: Read out the TMO manual here: [login to view URL] and Managing ticket:[login to view URL] ## Other Tasks: Looking ahead across all of the projects to pre-empt problems - resource shortages, deployment clashes, cascading inter-dependent delays - that can or will impact multiple projects. ## QUALIFICATION ** At least with experience as an assistant in a fast paced environment * Experience supporting executives in an organization * Knowledge in Semi - Programming, Linux commands, Project Syncronization and Integration of project development *** Knows how to operate or administer project development under GitHub *** Knows Basecamp project management apps ** Excellent written and verbal communication skills ** Skilled with creative, critical thinking ** Ability to anticipate and prioritize needs ** Proficient in office software such as calendars, spreadsheets, presentation apps, and OS X ** Strong attention to detail when managing priorities, projects, and deadlines * Skilled in multi-tasking * Ability to build positive working relationships * Flexible, adaptive, and strong interpersonal skills Steps from next 1.
