Hi, looking for some software or combination of programs and scripts that can complete this task: 1. Accept audio and video from an HTML5 video player. 2. Utilize "talk to text" software to listen to the audio and add 708 closed captions to the video. 3. Utilize audio normalization to ensure the level is -24 LKFS. 4. Output audio and video with embedded captions through FFMPEG to CasparCG/ Red Cast, UDP/RDP, mpeg file and OBS/ twitch, ext. Is this something you can do and what would be the cost? Thanks It would be more of a back end app/ scripts running on Windows. the app would monitor a HTML5 video player from my website, when activated, will accept the video, add closed captions, normalize audio and output to FFMPEG (CasparCG/RedCast/BlackMagic Design DeckLink out, Web stream and mpeg file..
