I need a programmer to help set up an "in house" electronic prescription claim capture system. I am in the process of obtaining a BIN number. These claims will be transmitted from a participating network pharmacy through a switch and received at a centralized billing location. This system needs to operate somewhat like PBMs operate, but on a much simpler and smaller scale.
