scalar wave technology (Tesla coil)

The project is based on scalar wave technology (tesla coil) I want to transfer homoeopathic medicine vibration into a liquid (mixture of alcohol and water). I have attached one pdfs that could be helpful and also some images to get a picture of how they are. You need to make and put them to work as is in pictures and film their function. In the end we need details of coils (umber of turns, wire size, diameter), antenna size (ball shape) and enclosure dimensions. Details are for manufacturing so should be accurate One unit is transmitter and one receiver when LEDs on receiver unit lit it shows that it is peaking the signals, I think the coils windings for transmitter and receiver are in opposite direction.
