GUI Design Improvement for JavaFX Application

An application has been designed to manage a database in a doctor's office setting. The doctor section of the GUI has already been established, allowing for a table view with edit and delete buttons for each row, and an add new button above the table. The add and edit buttons show the data in text field and allow you to add or update. The delete button asks for confirmation yes/no and deletes the row if user clicks yes.

What needs to be done now is copy and paste (a LOT of copy and paste) to create various views (appointment, treatment, etc.) and also to allow updating more than just the 1 field, in line with the provided ERD. Help with copy and paste is main goal of project. Once this is done, it should be possible to literally edit and show every single table shown on the ERD.

Recent changes to the script:

1. Converted the IDs to an int with auto increment. This way the next ID does not need to be caluclated. Changed insert statements to have ints instead of string values accordingly.

2. Changed doctorFName and DoctorLname to DoctorID in appointment table. Keeping doctor name in the appointment table would result in modification anomalies. Still need to create the foreign key connecting the doctorID to the doctor table.

Attached is SQL script and JavaFX [login to view URL] will need to delete all existing tables if you want to run my script.

Main goal of the project is with copy/paste and making tables look better.
