I have some trading ideas I would like to automate that will buy, sell, short and buy to cover stocks based on certain criteria/pattern. This program has to be able to use my existing Think or Swim account and needs to be well commented. I don't have a major preference as to which development tools to use, however, I am familiar with C, C+, Matlab and just recently tried NinjaTrader. Excel will be the best platform, however, I am open to suggestions including a custom platform. I am looking for a freelancer that is familiar with algorithmic trading and can deliver results in a timely manner.

TOS have its own language. I made few indicators for TOS, 1 strategy and 3 scanners. I can developthis strategy. 250$ I think enouth if it is not very complicated strategy which need difficult coding. I will comment all.
