I have looked at the ISDN CAPI v2.0 specification, and filtering should be straightforward. Errors in communication protocols can be frustrating, especially when the actual equipment works OK, and the error should just be ignored. I understand that fixing this to your 100% satisfaction is why you will want to hire me. Along with the source code for the server and the client, you will need to provide the logs with the error messages -- as many as possible. It may also be useful if you could capture packet dumps of raw network traffic between the client and the server (good tools are tcpdump or Wireshark, I can provide further instructions if needed).
