Software to track fixed assets of a company, Barcode & RFID Platform and OS: Application or web based, used on mobile and desktop devices, on Android or windows mobile devices. Preferred: Software to have the ability to show menus on a different language. the menu will be translated by us from English language. -Desktop features: register/receive a new asset i.e a computer assign it to a department, person, Location, a unique asset nr then be able to change/transform all these info in the future. Ability to check in or out, and dispose the asset. Record the vendor it was bought from Local or imported, the euro amount Optional feature: Have the ability to enter a photo of the asset. - Ability to generate a new unique barcode (code 128) and print it on a Zebra barcode printer after checking in a new product. Be able to reprint the same barcode in case one barcode gets physically damaged or get's lost. - Ability to enter the depreciation period of each asset in monthly basis as incremental and then show the depreciation level as time/months pass. - Be able to enter the condition of the asset - Ability to enter the technical behavior of the asset, i.e, if it get's broken often, or sent to service often (check out, check in), we'd simply need to know if it is worth it to buy such product in the future or even know if it is worth keeping that product as an asset. Be able to tell at what date it went on service, when it got returned and how many times it broke during a period of time. Ability to generate rapports; containing which assets are assigned to which person, one page per each person/employee and have a designated area for the employee to sign as to which assets the employee is responsible for/ Ability to generate a “release form” in case an asset must leave the premises (check out) for a repair or simply can’t be fixed on site. The app should be password protected. AUDITING: Auditing will take place via the Mobile devices, android or windows based, with a Wi-Fi connection and barcode scanning ability. The device will have RAM and other fixed memory, i.e Motorola/Zebra TC45. The application on the mobile can be either local or simply use the web browsing to connect to the database or the “server”. However, it should let the user continue work, even when there is no wireless presence! (if this is not an ability, then it should have the possibility to tell that “auditing is not possible because there is no wifi connection” Produce an auditing report, stating the date of the audit, able to reconcile then produce a rapport as to what is missing or not. Produce a rapport for handout purposed to the responsible person. Produce a rapport with all items showing their age/depreciation i.e a computer 18/36 months, and 50% in an excel sheet. In the future, instead of a Barcode label, an RFID or UHF tag will be used. These tags usually have a programmed number or name on it, so the software does not have to generate the number, but rather use the already programmed one. Thus, the device will have RFID reading ability. Other separate features to be used in the future. RFID ANTENAS, RFID Antennas are usually mounted by the gate of a promise, just like at a clothing shop, these antennas continually read the area and if a tag passes through them it notifies the software. The software should be able to trigger an alarm if the item did not follow the check out procedures of moving to another location or leaving the premises. Developer should be able to share the SDK if asked by us. Be able to offer technical support or modify the software if asked again in the future at a reasonable cost.
