This is a super simple script. I have a collection of XML SVG's (see example) that are drawings of dashed lines, circles of varying sizes, and text in the circles. I want a python script (I have to run locally in Windows batch files) that searches for all *.svg in the current look-in directory (important: not subdirectories). It takes in two parameters - path width and circle diameter - and applies it to all the paths and circles in the SVG files. The text should adjust proportionally to the circle diameter and look like the text in the examples.
