Hi, I have read the complete description including the PDF links you dropped at the end. From what I understand, you need a TCP-based socket communication script to perform functions on your device. I can write a PHP or Python script to perform the tasks listed in the PDF and keep a log of it in a MySQL database. I'd prefer using PHP because I've already done a similar task for controlling sound system in an auditorium. The interface will be linux command line run using the PHP interpreter found on all systems. Drop me a message and we should be able to work out anything left out of my proposal.
