Linux backup software

I require a CDP solution for linux. It should working with centos and cloudlinux and integrate with cpanel, directadmin and plesk for end user restoration.

A similar existing solution is R1soft.

Software should be fully documented and a provisioning api would be an advantage.

software should be optimized for minimal cpu, ram and disk i/o impact.
ability to backup mysql db's also advantageous.
