iPhocus Client Survey-1 -- 2

iPhocus Ventures represent a Canadian client that requires a short 15-20 question survey with a simple email/password registration. The application should have 7 screens, 3-4 for the questions. Mainstream development environment (eg. Python) that integrates survey data with existing older .NET MS-SQL application. The new survey application should support English and French translation with the questions coming from a preset list or file in 2 language tables. We have a mock-up of the screen and simplified logic.
