PLEASE Focus on the asked requirements not the sample app. Sample app is so you understand app and clients base. I am looking to develop an iOS and Andriod app for mobile devices. Currently, it is a simple two page excel sheet with basic financial calculations. Want capability to: --Store up to 5 property evaluations (Save, Delete, Archive) --Shareable capabilities for social media and email. --Download capability to download PROFESSIONAL evaluated properties' report on PDF and Excel (Customize report content and brand it with your name and contact information.) --Print capability --Donate button with hyperlink to already established Paypal account --Android and iPhone (separate to determine if do one at a time) --Mortgage calculator reflecting principal and interest payment with amortization table --Picture adding and ***NOTES*** capability to either take a picture or pull from internet (Google or Zillow) --Google map generation of evaluated subject property --Capability for FUTURE development and expansion (ad unlimited properties and cloud storage, payment gateway) This application is very similar in many ways.
