Build a computer program for editing PS4 save files

I’m looking for somebody who can decrypt PS4 save files for MLB the show 19, that will also work with all versions between 16-19, and ideally back to 14 & 15 as well. It would need to have either a built in decrypter in the editing tool, or be separate. It would also need to be capable of re-encryption to be a valid usable file. Ideally it’d be modeled similar to the RedMC program that was used for NBA2K roster edits on PS3 or the Madden Roater editor for PS3, both of which I can provide links to for comparison. I can provide the roster files as well as some of the keys for the hex data that may be relevant to decryption.
