Advise arduino and bluetooth for ecg

This need a delay that takes 1ms for the correct display of the wave, however, when we try to establish a Bluetooth connection with the app, the connection is not possible to establish. After some tests, we saw that if we increase the delay, the connection was established, but after to receive some data the reception stopped, we assume that this happened for the speed that this is receiving the data because with a delay of 1 ms from Arduino we don’t have any [login to view URL] could you solve this problem?Exist another alternative to send data with Arduino sensor?This is the error that appears in my Android console:
