Simple Java Application - math

I need a simple java program that allows a user to input 4 numbers and then will display an array with the square roots of the entered numbers and the squares of the entered numbers. If the user enters 0 it will stop prompting for more numbers. If they try to enter a 5th number it will display a message saying the array is full. If they try enter text instead it will display invalid input. If they input a negative number it will display invalid input. If they enter a number larger than 40 it must let them know that the number must be less than 40. Attached are some screenshots of what it should look like.
